Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Pasoya Style! We’re dedicated to providing a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Returns & Exchanges:

• Please review our size chart before making a purchase to ensure the correct fit and minimize the need for returns or exchanges.

• If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund. We will require a photo and video showing the product being unboxed for processing.

Exchange Policy:

• If you'd like to exchange your product, a shipping fee of Rs 150 will apply.

• Size exchanges can be requested within 2 days of receiving your order.

• Second Exchange: A Rs 150 fee will apply for a second exchange of the same item.

Cancellation Policy:

• COD Orders: You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order before it has been dispatched. Simply log in to your account, go to the order tab, and click on the cancel request.

• Prepaid Orders: If you've placed a prepaid order, you can cancel it within 24 hours. We’ll process a refund or provide a credit note for the same amount.
